Key Responsibilities of a Maintenance Technician
Daily Work Order Management
As a Maintenance Technician, you will troubleshoot and address work orders from residents daily. It is essential to prioritize these requests and ensure they are completed promptly. This hands-on approach not only enhances resident satisfaction but also contributes to the overall functionality of the property.
Preparing Vacant Units
One of your key responsibilities will be to prepare vacant units for new residents. This involves ensuring that each unit meets the company’s established standards and checklist. Your attention to detail will make a significant difference in creating a welcoming environment for incoming residents.
Exterior Grounds Maintenance
Maintaining the exterior grounds is another vital duty of a Maintenance Technician. You will conduct seasonal tasks, ensuring that the landscape and common areas are clean, safe, and inviting for all residents. Regular inspections and upkeep will keep our community looking its best.
Property Walk-Throughs
Regular walk-throughs of the entire property will be part of your routine. During these inspections, you will ensure that everything is in working order.
