Job Description

As a Customer Development Rep-FTC, your primary responsibility will be to acquire new-to-bank customers through both central and self-generated leads. You will support the growth of HSBC’s Wealth and Personal Banking division, delivering high-quality service to our premier clients. This role also includes training, coaching, and meeting accreditation requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement Premier Acquisition strategies to attract new clients.
  • Acquire new-to-bank customers using central or self-generated leads.
  • Provide high-quality services to premier customers through simple retail sales.
  • Complete training, coaching, and accreditation requirements.
  • Meet market-specific regulatory qualifications as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile

To succeed in the Customer Development Rep-FTC role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Strong presentation and sales skills.
  • Proficient objection handling techniques and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to attain professional and regulatory qualifications as required.
  • Capability to meet internal standards set by HSBC China.
