Job Description
As a Customer Development Rep-FTC, your primary responsibility will be to acquire new-to-bank customers through both central and self-generated leads. You will support the growth of HSBC’s Wealth and Personal Banking division, delivering high-quality service to our premier clients. This role also includes training, coaching, and meeting accreditation requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement Premier Acquisition strategies to attract new clients.
- Acquire new-to-bank customers using central or self-generated leads.
- Provide high-quality services to premier customers through simple retail sales.
- Complete training, coaching, and accreditation requirements.
- Meet market-specific regulatory qualifications as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile
To succeed in the Customer Development Rep-FTC role, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong presentation and sales skills.
- Proficient objection handling techniques and the ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A customer service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to attain professional and regulatory qualifications as required.
- Capability to meet internal standards set by HSBC China.
