Key Responsibilities

Contract Management

  • Review, draft, and negotiate contracts across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Develop Local Country Agreements under global Master Service Agreements.
  • Collaborate with legal and commercial teams to align on contract specifics.

Procurement Legal Support

  • Create and manage procurement contracting guidelines.
  • Train procurement teams on compliance processes.
  • Negotiate and update supplier and subcontractor contracts.

Training and Governance

  • Conduct legal training sessions.
  • Advise teams on compliance, disputes, and other ad hoc legal issues.
  • Stay updated on legal trends and communicate changes proactively.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 3 years PQE.

  • IT proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and fluency in English.
