Key Responsibilities

Alarm Monitoring and Management

  • Monitor and respond to BMS alarms for EMEA and APAC sites.
  • Evaluate the sequence of alarms and take calculated actions.
  • Escalate issues by contacting relevant stakeholders (Security, M&E, Infrastructure Managers).

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Analyze POI data for client nodes and office sites.
  • Produce weekly Powershield Battery Monitoring reports.
  • Oversee and generate real-time UPS discharge reports during maintenance servicing.

Communication and Escalation

  • Provide concise updates on actions taken for BMS alarms.
  • Update client ticketing and mobilization systems regularly.
  • Communicate effectively with employees and vendors in EMEA and APAC regions.

System Adjustments and Troubleshooting

  • Ping network devices to resolve communication issues.
  • Remotely reset units, adjust temperatures, and reset EINCs with IBoots installed.
  • Raise tickets for COLO-based node sites and DISP issues as needed.
