Key Responsibilities

1. Equipment Operation

• Operate high-speed packaging equipment safely to meet production goals.
• Adjust equipment settings to ensure product quality and maximum output.

2. Maintenance and Cleaning

• Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure continuous operation.
• Clean equipment as required to maintain safety and efficiency standards.

3. Production Support

• Maintain a clean work area to adhere to food safety guidelines.
• Complete reports at regular intervals throughout your shift.
• Perform food quality checks during production to ensure consistency.
• Assist with other packaging lines when necessary.

4. Reporting and Communication

• Complete required reports and communicate any issues to supervisors.
• Collaborate with other production staff to optimize workflow.

Required Qualifications

Experience

• At least 1 year of experience working in an industrial setting is preferred.
• Previous experience as a machine operator is a plus.
• Certification to operate a forklift and other mobile industrial equipment is required.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift to 50 lbs frequently.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
• Frequent repetitive motion is required, including reaching and using arms.

Education

• A High School Diploma or GED is required.

Benefits and Compensation

Hourly Rate: $31.07 per hour
