At Holiday Heroes, we specialize in installing premium-grade Christmas lights for both individuals and businesses. Due to the high demand during the holiday season, we’re seeking temporary team members to join us immediately. This position will run through January 31, 2024. After the season ends, employees interested in continued work may have the opportunity to transfer to our partner company, The Bugman Pest Control, provided they meet the qualifications.

Job Overview

• Job Type: Part-time, Temporary
• Contract Length: 3-4 months
• Pay: Starting at $25.00 per hour
• Expected Hours: 24 hours per week
• Additional Pay: Bonus pay, overtime pay, and tips
• Schedule:
  • Flexible 2-3 days per week
  • Preference for availability on weekdays (9 AM – 5 PM)
  • Occasional overtime for longer installs
  • Weekend shifts as needed

Key Responsibilities

1. Install premium Christmas lights on homes and businesses.
2. Work on ladders up to 40 feet and on roofs.
3. Ensure safety protocols are followed during installations.
4. Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
5. Install lights rain or shine, provided it’s safe to do so.

Qualifications

• Required:
  • Professional and confident demeanor
  • Valid driver’s license and clean criminal record
  • Team player with strong communication skills
  • Ability to follow directions and safety protocols
  • Comfortable working on ladders, roofs, and in various weather conditions
• Preferred:
  • Experience working on ladders and roofs
  • Availability during weekdays for 8-hour shifts
