Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Stock Control Management

• Stock Coordination: Oversee transport logistics to ensure the delivery of goods while maintaining a highly accurate stock system.
• Stock Placement & Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels using the JDA system, ensuring that stock is stored and placed correctly for easy access.

Brexit & Documentation Control

• Brexit Store Orders: Manage all Brexit-related store orders and ensure compliance with documentation requirements.

Warehouse Operations

• Operational Support: Work as part of a team of stock controllers to maintain the accuracy of the stock file and ensure all internal processes are followed.
• Maximize Stock Availability: Ensure products are available for stores in a saleable condition and are delivered promptly to avoid stockouts.

Process Improvement & Reporting

• KPI Reporting: Report weekly on stock KPIs and assist in developing new processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Stock Adjustments: Investigate discrepancies and authorize internal product adjustments to maintain accuracy.

Additional Responsibilities

• Inventory Checks: Conduct weekly empty location checks and resolve any discrepancies.
• Productivity Monitoring: Support improvements in warehouse productivity and stock control measures.

Shifts Available

• Rotating Days: Thursday – Sunday, 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00 (4 shifts paid for 5)
• Night Shift: Tuesday – Saturday, 22:00 – 06:00

• Warehouse Experience: Prior experience in a 24/7, operational environment is highly beneficial.
• IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to design and draft reports.

• Customer Focus: Strong customer-focused mindset and proactive problem-solving skills.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team and across business functions.
