The Junior Controller position at SNIPES involves working closely with the finance team to implement and improve financial reporting systems. Your role will include conducting analyses, preparing management reports, and providing key insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting

• Implement and further develop the financial reporting system for the Snipes Group.

2. Analysis and Evaluation

• Conduct target-actual comparisons and deviation analyses.
• Prepare ad hoc business evaluations and management reports.

3. Planning and Forecasting

• Collaborate on the preparation of forecasts and plans.
• Provide recommendations for actionable measures based on data insights.

4. Decision Support

• Develop and present qualified decision-making materials for management.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Skills and Qualifications

• A degree in business studies with a focus on controlling.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Knowledge of SAP FI, SAP CO, and BI reporting tools.

Experience

• Previous experience in controlling, preferably in a retail or trading company.
