Key Responsibilities

1. Crafting High-Quality Proposals
   • Write, edit, and format compelling proposals, including responses to RFPs, RFIs, and client queries.
   • Ensure proposals clearly outline vTech’s strengths, capabilities, and experience, tailored to meet client-specific requirements.
2. Collaborative Team Engagement
   • Work with internal stakeholders such as sales teams, subject matter experts, technical personnel, and executives to gather necessary content and insights.
   • Actively participate in strategy sessions to align proposals with business objectives and client needs.
3. Maintaining Quality and Consistency
   • Review, proofread, and refine proposals to ensure compliance, accuracy, and adherence to company branding standards.
   • Manage proposal timelines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality submissions.
4. Developing Technical and Financial Proposals
   • Collaborate on both technical and financial aspects of proposals, ensuring clarity and compliance with client requirements.
   • Adapt content to align with client’s industry, project goals, and technical specifications.
5. Continuous Improvement
   • Stay updated on industry trends, proposal-writing best practices, and market demands.
   • Suggest and implement enhancements to improve the quality and effectiveness of proposals.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business, IT, or a related field.
• Exceptional Writing Skills: Strong abilities in writing, editing, and proofreading with attention to detail.
• Organizational Expertise: Proficiency in managing multiple projects with overlapping deadlines.
• Team Collaboration: Experience in working within cross-functional and remote teams.
• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and other proposal management tools.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with government contracting processes in SLED, federal, state, or local sectors is a significant advantage.
• U.S. Market Insight: Understanding of U.S.-based contracting environments is preferred.
