Key Responsibilities
1. Procurement Management
- Gather and assess purchasing requirements from R&D, Production, Quality, and Maintenance teams.
- Procure machines, capital goods, and raw materials efficiently.
2. Logistics Oversight
- Manage logistical processes and improve value-adding activities collaboratively.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging, and consumables.
3. Budget and KPI Management
- Establish key performance indicators and align them with organizational goals.
- Efficiently manage budgets to optimize resources.
4. Compliance and Documentation
- Maintain and update purchasing processes in the Quality Management system.
- Provide detailed reports to Regulatory, Sales, and Quality Management teams.
5. Supplier Relationship Development
- Build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers.
- Negotiate favorable terms with a strategic approach.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Skills and Qualifications
- University degree in Business Administration (BBA) focusing on logistics or equivalent commercial training.
- Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bilingual fluency in French and English with excellent communication skills.
Experience
- 3–5 years of professional experience in procurement, logistics, or related fields, preferably in the chemical or food industry.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
