1. Client and Prospect Engagement
   • Actively participate in client and prospect meetings to identify needs and build trust.
   • Collaborate with clients to design coverage strategies tailored to their risk profiles.
2. Coverage and Risk Analysis
   • Analyze client-specific risks and recommend comprehensive coverage solutions.
   • Prepare and present marketing proposals for both renewals and new business opportunities.
3. Negotiation and Placement
   • Negotiate with underwriters to secure the best terms, conditions, and pricing.
   • Confirm all negotiated contract terms and ensure adherence by insurers.
4. Team Collaboration and Growth
