Key Responsibilities

1. Clean the Entire Store and Surrounding Areas

• Ensure that all areas of the store are consistently clean and presentable, including the shop floor, shelves, and other visible areas.
• Regularly clean and dust shop floor fixtures, fittings, and around-till areas.

2. Maintain Hygiene in Staff Areas

• Clean the colleague kitchen, toilets, and staff rooms to ensure a pleasant working environment for all team members.
• Mop and tidy staircases and corridors to keep the entire store looking tidy.

3. Keep Warehouse and Yard Areas Clean

• Ensure that the warehouse and yard areas are free of debris and always look neat.

4. Handle Cleaning Equipment and Chemicals

• Safely use cleaning equipment like vacuums and mops, as well as chemicals such as detergents.
• Complete necessary cleaning schedule paperwork as required.

5. Collaborate with the Store Team

• Work closely with the store team to create a positive, fun, and friendly working environment.
• Live the company values by taking individual responsibility and working collaboratively towards team objectives.

6. Flexibility in Working Hours

• Be flexible with your working hours, including weekends, early mornings, and evenings as required.

Cleaner Requirements

• Ability to work independently and manage cleaning duties with minimal supervision.

• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• Strong organizational skills to ensure cleaning duties are completed on time.
