As a Client Services Coordinator, you will manage administrative tasks, marketing initiatives, and sales coordination for a team of professionals. Your responsibilities will include creating proposals, scheduling meetings, and overseeing client-specific property packages.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Collect documentation and process broker commission payments.
- Schedule appointments, maintain calendars, and arrange travel plans.
- Organize meetings, conferences, and room reservations.
Marketing and Communication
- Apply CBRE templates to produce marketing materials.
- Coordinate property information packages and advertising schedules.
- Review and finalize marketing materials for distribution.
- Update websites and generate reports as needed.
Database and Financial Management
- Maintain information databases and prepare financial analyses.
- Calculate percentages, commissions, and discounts.
- Assist with preparing standard and ad hoc financial reports.
Problem-Solving and Coordination
- Address client inquiries and coordinate with various departments.
- Act as a point of contact for property package completion.
Skills and Qualifications
Essential Skills
- Administrative Expertise: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Marketing Knowledge: Experience in creating promotional materials and campaigns.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with teams and clients.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate’s degree (A.A.) or higher.
- 3+ years of experience providing administrative support.
- 2+ years of experience in the real estate industry.
- Experience with InDesign and PowerPoint templates is a plus.
Additional Requirements
- Authorization to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Compensation and Benefits
