Key Responsibilities

1. Machine Operation and Setup

• Study blueprints to plan operations and determine dimensions.
• Secure and position workpieces in fixtures and vices accurately.
• Adjust feed rates, cutting speeds, and tooling offsets as required.

2. Tooling and Maintenance

• Monitor tooling wear and replace tools when necessary.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance.
