Key Responsibilities

2. Order Management and Production

  • Review online dashboards and process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Manage projects with attention to detail, quality control, and proper production procedures.
  • Ensure timely and precise completion of customer orders.

3. Store Operations and Standards

  • Maintain the appearance and organization of the solutions shop area.
  • Operate cash registers and follow loss prevention measures.
  • Uphold cleanliness and safety standards for a secure working environment.

4. Team Collaboration

  • Partner with the solutions shop team to maintain supplies and deliver seamless service.
  • Create a best-in-class customer experience, especially during busy periods.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: 1-2 years in retail customer service. Experience in a retail/commercial printing environment is preferred.
  • Education: Working towards or completing high school is preferred.
  • Key Attributes:
    • Technology-savvy and solutions-oriented.
    • Curious, approachable, and passionate about customer service.
    • Proven ability to achieve sales results and deliver excellent customer experiences.

Physical Requirements

  • Moderate physical effort, including operating machinery and standing for extended periods.
  • Exposure to moderate noise levels from printing equipment.
  • Ability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
