Key Responsibilities

1. Provide Excellent Customer Service

As a Crew Member, your primary role is to ensure that each customer has a positive experience at Chipotle. You will interact with customers, answer questions, and ensure that their orders are served quickly and accurately.

2. Food Preparation

You will help prepare high-quality food using fresh ingredients. We don’t use freezers, microwaves, or can openers in our kitchens. You’ll learn how to make dishes from scratch and ensure each meal is made with care.

3. Maintain Cleanliness

A clean restaurant is essential for providing the best customer experience. You will ensure that your work area is tidy, perform cleaning tasks, and help maintain a clean and inviting environment for customers.

4. Support Team Members

You will collaborate with other crew members to ensure that the restaurant runs smoothly. Whether it’s assisting with tasks, helping out during rush hours, or maintaining team morale, teamwork is key.

5. Learn New Skills
