Key Responsibilities
1. Support Branch Leadership
- Assist the Branch Manager in professional team management, organization, and motivation of 20–40 employees.
- Represent the Branch Manager during their absence, ensuring smooth operations.
2. Optimize Operations
- Oversee scheduling, inventories, and overall branch performance.
- Implement and maintain Lidl’s store concepts to ensure optimal functionality and customer satisfaction.
3. Lead by Example
- Actively participate in daily operations, guiding the team to uphold cleanliness, freshness, and service standards.
- Ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for all customers.

Professional Experience
- Proven experience in retail or a comparable industry.
- Prior management experience in a position with similar responsibilities.
