Key Responsibilities

  1. Welcoming Guests
    Greet guests, customers, and service providers in multiple languages and provide information about the institute and its facilities.
  2. Administrative Support
    Assist with organizing language courses, exams, and events, ensuring smooth processes and efficient communication.
  3. Phone Management
    Operate the telephone switchboard in various languages, directing calls as needed.
