In this role, you will support our Audit & Assurance team in managing and ensuring the correct application of European funds. You will gain hands-on experience working on exciting funding projects while developing your skills in financial auditing and project management.

Key Responsibilities

Project Optimization

You will be responsible for reviewing and improving internal control systems related to European funding and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Hands-On Experience

You will independently manage your own sub-projects, gaining valuable experience in reviewing and ensuring the proper use of public funds for sustainability and climate protection.

Support for Internal Project Management

In addition to project optimization, you will actively assist with internal project management tasks, helping the team achieve its objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

You will work closely with various Deloitte service lines and engage with our international network, contributing to a collaborative and diverse work environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a highly motivated student who is passionate about sustainability, European funds, and project management.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Student of economics, agricultural sciences, STEM fields, or a related program
  • Good academic performance with a keen interest in solving complex tasks
  • Reliable, responsible, and solution-oriented with a willingness to learn
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach
  • Fluency in German and English (both spoken and written)

Education & Experience

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in economics, agricultural sciences, STEM, or a similar field
  • Previous experience in project management or financial auditing is a plus but not required
  • Interest in EU-funded projects and sustainability is essential
