Purpose of the Role
The Executive Assistant will provide high-quality support to the Adelaide Banking & Finance team, ensuring efficient operations and excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Excellence
- Manage electronic and physical documents and files.
- Oversee diary management and scheduling for fee earners.
- Prepare and amend legal documents using precedents.
2. Operational Support
- Coordinate meetings and travel arrangements.
- Handle email monitoring and telephone communications.
- Conduct billing cycles, including time recording, reporting, and reconciling corporate AMEX expenses.
3. Client and Team Collaboration
- Build productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to client billing protocols.
- Provide support for ad hoc tasks as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
Required Skills and Attributes:
- Prior experience as a legal EA or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent prioritization, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
