Position Responsibilities

Maintenance and Repairs

• Perform routine maintenance, including minor building projects, painting, and alterations.
• Repair and maintain plumbing fixtures and restroom facilities.
• Adjust, repair, and maintain interior and exterior doors and locks.

Electrical and HVAC Systems

• Troubleshoot and maintain electrical lighting, HVAC systems, and generator systems.
