Key Responsibilities

1. Orchard Maintenance

• Prune trees according to instructions.
• Assist with planting new orchards and setting up irrigation systems.

2. Fruit Harvesting

• Pick cherries carefully to avoid damage to the fruit and trees.
• Maintain accurate records of picker tags and totes.

3. Health and Safety

• Participate in safety training and follow ladder training guidelines.
• Ensure safe work practices throughout all tasks.

4. General Support

• Work as part of a team and assist where needed, such as swamping, sorting, or packing.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is physically fit, detail-oriented, and a team player who can work in a fast-paced farming environment.

Skills and Qualifications

• Physical stamina to climb ladders and lift 25+ lbs repetitively.
• Good attention to detail for quality assurance.
