Job Description

As a Feta Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting in the safe and efficient operation of the feta and conversion departments by performing a range of duties including packaging, sanitation, and equipment monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

1. Packaging and Sanitation

• Perform vacuum packing as required.
• Wash tubs and clean equipment as needed.

2. Equipment Monitoring

• Monitor block forms and extensions to maintain supply levels in the coagulator system.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and quality checks (X-Ray checks, sampling).

3. Documentation

• Complete required paperwork, ensuring accuracy and legibility in quality checks.
• Maintain records of production and inspection processes.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates with a willingness to learn, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work as part of a team. Prior experience is not required, as in-house training will be provided.

Skills and Qualifications

• Physical Ability: Ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift to 50 lbs.
• Attention to Detail: Able to perform quality checks and ensure accuracy in documentation.
