Key Responsibilities
Team Management and Leadership

- Team Coordination: Manage daily team activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Staff Development: Conduct performance evaluations, mentoring, and coaching to ensure continuous improvement and skill enhancement.

- Capex Projects: Oversee capital expenditure (capex) projects within company approval guidelines.
- Cross-functional leadership: Work closely with management and other departments to establish priorities and ensure business goals are met.
- Problem Solving: Tackle complex operational, organizational, and financial issues to improve processes and performance.
Collaboration and Negotiation
- External Partnerships: Negotiate with external partners, vendors, and customers to align interests and achieve business objectives.
- Organizational Improvements: Lead the improvement of methods, processes, and standards across financial operations.
Skills and Qualifications
Required Skills
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, manage targets, and drive results across multiple departments.
- Financial Expertise: In-depth knowledge of financial strategy, reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Advanced Analytical Skills: Strong ability to perform complex financial calculations, analyze data, and make informed decisions.
- Microsoft Office Proficiency: Expertise in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree: A preferred qualification in a related field.
- Experience: 8-12 years of relevant experience in finance, with leadership responsibilities.
- Relevant Certifications: Professional financial certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) are a plus.
Experience
