Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service Excellence

• Provide a friendly and efficient checkout experience for customers in the IKEA Swedish Food Market.
• Process payments quickly and accurately, ensuring all transactions are smooth and hassle-free.
• Address customer inquiries about products, helping them make informed decisions about their purchases.

2. Food Safety & Hygiene

• Follow health, safety, sanitation, and food handling regulations to ensure all food is prepared and served safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the food preparation and dining areas, creating a pleasant environment for customers.

3. Merchandising & Product Knowledge

• Contribute to the presentation and merchandising of food products in the store.
• Use your knowledge of IKEA’s food offerings to engage customers and share information about the modern Swedish taste experience.

4. General Store Support

• Ensure that the restaurant area is well-maintained, including organization, cleanliness, and merchandising.
• Work as part of a team to exceed customer expectations and provide an excellent shopping experience.
