Your Role in the Team

Under the guidance of the shipping manager, you will take on various tasks within the shipping and recycling department. The positions include:

• Shipping Forklift Operator: Loading and unloading shipments.
• Receiving Forklift Operator: Managing incoming goods.
• Traxpo Crusher and Extruder Operator: Operating machinery for recycling and processing materials.

Promotion Opportunity: Acquiring skills in three of the four workstations can lead to a promotion to Forklift Operator A, providing growth within the company.

Challenges and Responsibilities

1. Preparing Product Orders: Identify, pack, and prepare products for shipment efficiently.
2. Warehouse Organization: Classify and arrange finished products in the appropriate sections.
3. Raw Material Handling: Safely transport materials and feed them into the Crusher using a forklift.
4. Computer System Usage: Update and manage inventory and order information accurately.
5. Quality Control: Ensure all products meet the company’s quality standards.

Skills and Qualifications We Seek

1. Experience: Prior experience operating a forklift is an asset, though not mandatory.
2. Work Schedule: Commitment to the evening shift schedule, Sunday to Thursday, 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
3. Physical Requirements: Ability to handle loads of up to 20 kg occasionally.

Salary Details:

• Starting rate: $23.20 per hour, including a $1 evening premium.
