Key Responsibilities
Leading eCommerce Strategy
- Develop & Execute: Shape and implement a growth-focused eCommerce strategy that ensures the success of online retail, veterinary services, and grooming services, with a primary focus on retail.
- Market Leadership: Stay ahead of market trends, emerging technologies, and customer behaviors, identifying new opportunities for business growth and innovation.
Maximizing Sales & Profit
- Sales Planning & Reporting: Take ownership of trade planning and performance reporting, ensuring the eCommerce channel remains on track with sales targets. Drive corrective actions when needed to meet profit and sales objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Team Coordination: Work closely with teams across marketing, logistics, and supply chain to optimize availability, fulfillment, and customer service, ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience.
Customer-Centric Focus
- Optimizing Customer Journeys: Continuously enhance the customer experience by ensuring smooth, engaging, and seamless online interactions, driving conversion rates and customer retention.
Operational Excellence
- Day-to-Day Operations: Collaborate with digital operations teams to ensure smooth daily operations, improving customer satisfaction and commercial outcomes in the eCommerce channel.
Content & Campaign Leadership
- Content Strategy: Oversee content development and campaign planning, ensuring optimal messaging, user engagement, and alignment with brand goals across various platforms.

- Extensive eCommerce Experience: Over 10 years of experience in eCommerce leadership, particularly at the Head of level within a large retail business.
