Key Responsibilities

1. Manage HR Technology Systems

  • Oversee the integration, configuration, and daily support of SuccessFactors and other HR systems.
  • Lead release management processes, ensuring successful system updates and functionality changes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of technology into HR operations.

2. Project Management

  • Spearheaded HR technology initiatives, including system enhancements, updates, and implementations.
  • Define project requirements, assess impacts, and ensure that timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Develop test plans, manage testing, and document outcomes to guarantee successful system rollouts.

3. Continuous Improvement

  • Evaluate HR processes to identify opportunities for optimization and technology integration.
  • Apply data analytics and business intelligence to continuously improve HR services and operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with IT, HR, and external vendors to implement system improvements and manage integration issues.

4. Training and Support

  • Develop training materials and user guides for HR teams and employees.
  • Offer continuous support for HR systems, ensuring effective issue resolution and system troubleshooting.
  • Stay updated on best practices, trends, and new technologies in HR systems to continually improve performance.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with various departments to understand HR needs and identify scalable solutions.
  • Manage third-party vendor relationships to ensure the timely delivery of HR technology solutions.

Skills and Qualifications

Required Skills

  • HR Technology Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors modules, Cloud integration, and HR technology platforms.
  • Project Management: Experience in HR technology project management, with the ability to manage deadlines and conflicting priorities.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze HR data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, particularly related to HR technology systems.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and build strong professional relationships.

Preferred Skills

  • Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors certifications (Talent Acquisition, Employee Central, Compensation, Performance Management, etc.).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
  • HR Operations Knowledge: Understanding of core HR operations, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Performance Management, and Reporting/Analytics.

Education and Experience Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience working with HR technologies, including functional and technical expertise in system configuration and maintenance.
