Key Responsibilities of a Scooper

1. Delivering “COWS World Class Service”
   • Greet every customer warmly and ensure a delightful experience while serving ice cream.
   • Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor to create a welcoming environment.
2. Menu and Product Preparation
   • Prepare all menu items with attention to detail and quality.
   • Make cone batter, waffle cones, and dishes to ensure a fresh and appealing product lineup.
3. Counter Operations
   • Replenish paper supplies and syrup toppings as needed.

4. Store Cleanliness and Maintenance
