Job Description
As an Immigration Associate, you will play an essential role in assisting clients and their employees with all aspects of immigration compliance in Slovakia. This includes:
- Processing Work and Residence Permits: Facilitate complex permit applications based on individual circumstances.
- Client Communication: Work directly with clients and their employees to ensure smooth processing for EU and third-country nationals.
- Document Preparation: Assist with preparing necessary documents for residence and registration applications.
- On-Site Support: Provide personal assistance during registration, permit applications, and compliance with other legal requirements.
- Liaison with Authorities: Engage with immigration offices, foreign police departments, labor offices, and other relevant authorities.
- Client Advisory: Offer guidance on Slovak immigration regulations to clients relocating to or currently living in Slovakia.
