Job Description
As an IT Intern, you’ll assist ILM’s IT team in ensuring that all systems and services are operational for production use. You will contribute to various projects, including infrastructure audits, automation scripting, and technical refresh cycles, all while learning and supporting world-class production processes.

Responsibilities
1. Technical Operations Support
- Build and deploy desktop systems, including Linux, Windows, and macOS.
- Assist with daily tasks like managing inventory, resolving support tickets, and general troubleshooting.
- Provide onsite and remote support for various operations.
2. Systems and Infrastructure
- Assist with maintaining and upgrading storage systems, servers, and cloud-based infrastructure.
- Contribute to backend and frontend technology refresh projects.
3. Process Optimization
- Develop scripts to automate tasks and address common technical challenges.
- Review and improve existing services and procedures.
- Document findings and present operational improvements to the team.
Requirements
Education and Skills
- Pursuing a degree in Media, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with diverse personalities.
- Competent in time management, multitasking, and working independently or as part of a team.
Technical Knowledge
- Familiarity with desktop and server hardware components.
- Basic troubleshooting skills across Linux, Windows, and macOS.
- Exposure to programming concepts, especially in Shell/Bash or Python.
- Knowledge of databases, network storage, and virtualization technologies is a plus.
