Job Description
The IT Specialist Trainee program at Goethe-Institut introduces you to IT system integration, providing an opportunity to learn and grow within a global organization. You’ll work across various IT domains, gaining knowledge in system administration, support, and security.
Key Responsibilities
IT Processes and Operations
- Understand internal IT processes and assist in their design and implementation.
- Participate in hardware and software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
System Administration
- Learn system management, including Active Directory, SQL, Exchange, virtualization, and Citrix.
- Gain hands-on experience with Microsoft O365/M365 and Microsoft Azure platforms.
