Job Description

As a Janitor, you will be responsible for daily cleaning tasks in the facility, adhering to the Master Sanitation and Deep Cleaning Schedules. You will maintain janitorial supplies, ensuring they are well-organized and available when needed. Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Cleaning Tasks

• Perform daily cleaning duties according to the Master Sanitation and Deep Cleaning Schedules.
• Ensure all areas are cleaned thoroughly, contributing to a safe and sanitary work environment.

2. Organizing Supplies

• Maintain and organize janitorial supplies to ensure efficient operations.
• Ensure that cleaning tools and materials are ready for use at all times.

3. Working Hours and Schedule

• Work 8-hour shifts, including every other weekend with one day off during the week.
• Day shifts typically run from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm or 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.

4. Compensation

• Starting hourly rate: $17.97/hour.
• Enjoy holiday pay and double time on Sundays.
• Opportunities for 2 pay increases within the first year.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for a Janitor who is willing to learn, works well in a team environment, and can handle the physical demands of the job. Previous janitorial experience is preferred but not required, as in-house training will be provided.

Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Janitorial experience is preferred but not required. In-house training provided.
• Physical Abilities: Ability to walk, stand, bend, and lift to 50 lbs.
• Communication: Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
