Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to the establishment of contract management and purchasing controls.

Skills and Qualifications

• Degree in Law (Business Lawyer, Fully Qualified Lawyer, or equivalent).
• Knowledge of public sector procurement and purchasing controls.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in German (advanced) and English (good).

Experience

• Experience in public sector procurement or purchasing departments.
• Familiarity with strategic and conceptual work is an advantage.
