Key Responsibilities

1. Administrative Support

• Provide essential administrative support to warehouse personnel.
• Efficiently manage emails to avoid workflow interruptions and shipping delays.
• Maintain accurate and timely shipping-related inventory records in the ERP system.

2. Shipment Coordination

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate shipments with carriers and brokers.
• Ensure all orders are shipped according to specified dates.
• Optimize cost-effective methods for prepaid orders.

3. Reporting and Documentation

• Generate and manage daily reports such as Shipping Schedules and Open Orders Reports.
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for position responsibilities.
• Organize and file shipping documents effectively.

4. Process Improvement

• Identify inefficiencies in processes and recommend actionable improvements.
• Actively participate in achieving departmental service levels and safety goals.

5. Cross-Functional Support

• Collaborate with Customer Service Representatives on order and inventory-related matters.
• Attend daily production meetings and contribute to team discussions.
