Primary Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: Operate various production machinery safely and efficiently.
• Material Handling: Load and unload raw materials and finished products from equipment.
• Inspection: Inspect parts upon removal from machines to ensure quality standards are met.
• Sorting: Place products into appropriate piles based on inspection results.
• Health & Safety: Follow all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Accuracy & Safety: Maintain an excellent track record for accuracy and safety on-site.
• Team Coordination: Communicate effectively with other departments, both verbally and in writing.

Qualifications for Success

1. Experience
   1 – 3+ years of experience as a machine operator is required.
2. Physical Stamina
   Comfortable standing for long periods and performing repetitive tasks.
3. Safety Compliance
   Ability to follow instructions and wear all required PPE, including a respirator mask as necessary.
4. Communication Skills
   Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
