1. Machinery Maintenance & Optimization

• Ensure all prototypes, layouts, and machinery operate efficiently, maximizing output.
• Conduct total preventative maintenance, and software programming, and manage breakdowns of mechanical, electrical, and robotic equipment.

2. Equipment Installation & Repair

• Install, maintain, improve, and repair equipment, plant, services, and building installations.
• Set standards to ensure best practices are implemented for meeting production goals.

3. Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution

• Respond to technical issues affecting production and perform planned preventative maintenance on electrical and mechanical services.
• Identify root causes of breakdowns and provide solutions to minimize production downtime.

4. Continuous Improvement Initiatives

• Drive multiple complex projects requiring innovative solutions with a strong focus on results.
• Proactively identify potential risks or damage to production processes and escalate them.
• Report breakdown causes, equipment faults, and other management concerns promptly.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (advanced degrees preferred) or equivalent experience.
