Position Overview

Salary: Up to E8 TVöD Bund

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Provide multilingual customer service, offering advice on the Goethe-Institut’s courses and examinations.
  • Administrative Management: Organize and handle the examination process, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Process Coordination: Oversee the preparation of examination materials and manage inquiries from participants.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and coordinate the customer service team to maintain efficiency and excellent service standards.
  • Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate reporting of customer service activities and feedback.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for an enthusiastic, communicative, and highly organized individual with a passion for customer service. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a multicultural environment and have experience handling complex administrative tasks.

Skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Proficiency with common IT applications and customer service tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Completed vocational training in business or administration, or equivalent qualifications.
  • At least two years of experience in customer service and administrative tasks.
