Key Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Provide multilingual customer service, offering advice on the Goethe-Institut’s courses and examinations.
- Administrative Management: Organize and handle the examination process, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Process Coordination: Oversee the preparation of examination materials and manage inquiries from participants.
- Team Leadership: Guide and coordinate the customer service team to maintain efficiency and excellent service standards.
- Reporting: Ensure timely and accurate reporting of customer service activities and feedback.
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for an enthusiastic, communicative, and highly organized individual with a passion for customer service. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a multicultural environment and have experience handling complex administrative tasks.
Skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English (additional languages are a plus).
