Deloitte Brisbane is looking for a Manager – Forensic Accounting to join its Forensic team. This role offers the opportunity to lead financial investigations, provide litigation support, and deliver expert forensic accounting services to corporate clients, contributing to high-impact projects.

What Will Your Typical Day Look Like?

As a Manager in Forensic Accounting, you’ll be responsible for executing complex financial investigations and delivering critical advice to corporate clients and their legal teams. Your daily tasks will include:

• Client Engagements: Lead forensic accounting and investigation projects, providing expert advice and producing detailed reports.
• Project Management: Oversee a portfolio of assignments, including both litigated and non-litigated matters, such as fraud investigations, asset tracing, and misconduct cases.
• Team Leadership: Mentor team members, foster collaboration across forensic technology and data analytics teams, and ensure high standards of service.

Deloitte’s Australian Forensic Practice is a collaborative group of experts across accounting, law enforcement, and consulting. Our team leverages forensic accounting and financial expertise to guide clients on critical financial crime and business loss issues. Skills and Experience:

• Experience: 5+ years in forensic accounting, with expertise in financial investigations and litigation support.
• Qualifications: CA/CPA qualified or equivalent.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, and advanced financial modeling.
• Leadership Abilities: Strong project management, report writing, and mentoring skills.
• Analytical Expertise: High attention to detail with strong financial, conceptual thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
