As a CBRE Mobile Engineer, you will manage preventive maintenance, oversee corrective repairs, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities

1. Maintenance and Repairs

• Supervise maintenance tasks for mechanical, industrial, plumbing, and safety systems.
• Ensure all systems meet applicable standards and client requirements.

2. Preventive Programs

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs.
• Oversee emergency repairs to extend the operational life of machinery and equipment.

3. Inspections and Compliance

• Conduct regular inspections of building systems, including HVAC, fire alarms, and plumbing.
• Ensure compliance with codes, regulations, and company safety protocols.

4. Inventory Management

• Review work orders, estimate resources, and maintain adequate supplies and tools.

5. Leadership and Guidance

• Provide mentorship and share in-depth knowledge with team members.

Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills:

• Technical Expertise: Knowledge of mechanical, industrial, and life safety systems.
• Leadership: Experience guiding teams and managing operational activities.
• Problem-solving: Analytical skills to address engineering challenges.
• Communication: Ability to explain complex information clearly.

Qualifications Required:

• High School Diploma or GED (trade school diploma preferred).
• 4-5 years of experience in maintenance or a related field.
• Universal CFC certification.
• Valid driver’s license.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Capability to stand, walk, climb stairs, and stoop for extended periods.

Technical Proficiency:

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
