Job Description

As a New Work Team Member, you will contribute to the transformation of workplace culture by fostering innovation, initiating change, and promoting hybrid collaboration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement agile methodologies and drive strategic development in the People Department.

Key Responsibilities

Shaping the Future of Work

• Initiate and promote organizational innovation and transformation.
• Communicate with colleagues to understand their concerns and reduce resistance to change.
• Highlight successes and foster enthusiasm for new initiatives.

Agile Collaboration

• Apply and teach agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and distributed leadership.
• Design and moderate workshops to drive collaboration and innovation.
• Support the development and application of modern workplace strategies.

Strategic Integration

• Represent the BA Directorate in the cross-departmental New Work Team.
• Integrate New Work initiatives with Learning & Development to strengthen strategic alignment.
• Participate in project-based work and contribute to organizational development goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Skills and Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of agile methods and experience in teaching their application.
• Effective workshop facilitation and event moderation skills.
• Familiarity with digital tools used for collaboration.

Education and Experience

• Degree in HR Development, Organizational Psychology, Pedagogy, or related fields.
• Several years of experience in HR development, focusing on work organization and collaboration.
• Project management experience, including implementation and execution.

Languages

• Proficiency in German and English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
