Job Description
As a New Work Team Member, you will contribute to the transformation of workplace culture by fostering innovation, initiating change, and promoting hybrid collaboration. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement agile methodologies and drive strategic development in the People Department.

Key Responsibilities
Shaping the Future of Work
- Initiate and promote organizational innovation and transformation.
- Communicate with colleagues to understand their concerns and reduce resistance to change.
- Highlight successes and foster enthusiasm for new initiatives.
Agile Collaboration
- Apply and teach agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, and distributed leadership.
- Design and moderate workshops to drive collaboration and innovation.
- Support the development and application of modern workplace strategies.
Strategic Integration
- Represent the BA Directorate in the cross-departmental New Work Team.
- Integrate New Work initiatives with Learning & Development to strengthen strategic alignment.
- Participate in project-based work and contribute to organizational development goals.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of agile methods and experience in teaching their application.
- Effective workshop facilitation and event moderation skills.
- Familiarity with digital tools used for collaboration.
Education and Experience
- Degree in HR Development, Organizational Psychology, Pedagogy, or related fields.
- Several years of experience in HR development, focusing on work organization and collaboration.
- Project management experience, including implementation and execution.
Languages
- Proficiency in German and English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
