Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

• Oversee nightly hub operations to ensure high productivity standards.
• Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives.

Cost Control

• Review and control operational costs to meet budgetary requirements.

Safety and Compliance

• Ensure occupational health and safety standards are upheld.
• Promote equity and compliance with company policies and regulations.

Customer Service

• Deliver superior quality service to all customers and stakeholders.

Team Management

• Support and motivate the team to achieve operational goals.
• Provide training and guidance to team members as needed.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Previous leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is essential.

Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Minimum High School Diploma; Post-Secondary management course preferred.
• Experience: Five years of warehouse experience with at least two years in a leadership role.
• Certifications: Forklift and Dangerous Goods certifications are an asset.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is an asset.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
