Job Responsibilities

As an OT/IOT Cybersecurity Consultant, you will lead a variety of tasks related to the protection of OT environments. These tasks are crucial for safeguarding the technological infrastructure of our clients and ensuring the integrity of their industrial operations.

1. Leading OT Cybersecurity Projects

• Manage global OT cybersecurity projects such as cyber assessments, implementation, and the development of strategies and roadmaps.

2. Developing Security Strategies and Architectures

• Create reference architectures, security strategies, policies, and standards to protect operational technology.

3. Innovating in Security Solutions

• Develop and refine service portfolios that integrate digital trends and advanced security solutions such as Smart Factory, Zero Trust, Security by Design, and IT/OT Convergence.

4. Participating in Business Development

• Contribute to business development efforts to enhance the OT cybersecurity offerings, ensuring EY stays at the forefront of industry advancements.

5. Leading and Developing Teams

• Actively guide and mentor team members, contributing to their professional growth within the OT cybersecurity domain.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are seeking a skilled OT/IOT Cybersecurity Consultant with a strong background in cybersecurity and operational technology. The ideal candidate will have leadership experience, technical expertise, and a passion for cybersecurity.

Skills and Experience

• Education: Completed technical, scientific, or economic studies (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Business Informatics) or comparable training.
• Professional Experience: At least five years of experience focused on OT cybersecurity. Extensive experience in OT cybersecurity architectures, tools, standards, and best practices.
• Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading dynamic teams and engaging with stakeholders at the executive or board level.
• Project Leadership: Strong customer focus with the ability to take on leadership roles in projects.
• Passion for Cybersecurity: Deep interest in cybersecurity with a commitment to developing and training team members.
