Job Description

As a Packer, you will be responsible for efficiently loading products from production lines, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring that safety procedures are followed. You will work closely with machine operators to start up, shut down, and monitor equipment, ensuring products meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Handling and Loading

• Efficiently load products from production lines into trailers.
• Ensure smooth product flow and notify operators of any issues.

2. Machine Assistance and Monitoring

• Assist machine operators with the start-up and shutdown of machines.
• Operate and monitor semi-automatic bagging machines.
• Reset machines as needed to maintain optimal performance.

3. Quality Control

• Visually inspect all products for quality and dispose of any defective items.
• Complete daily quality control reports and inspections.
• Grind rejected bottles and ensure a clean work environment.

4. Safety and Compliance

• Identify and report safety hazards and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies and complete required training.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area, free from debris.

5. Additional Duties

• Support other departments as needed.
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisors.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Experience
