Job Description
As a Stock Leader, you will oversee stock administration and inventory management, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Your responsibilities will range from stock duties to contributing to store sales, promoting great customer experiences, and helping the team achieve operational goals. Your stock-related tasks will comprise between 50-100% of your work hours, depending on the period in the store.

Key Responsibilities
1. Manage Stock Operations
You will be responsible for managing both in-store and offsite stock operations, ensuring stock standards are met, and collaborating with the leadership team to maintain transparency in stock processes.
2. Lead and Train Stock Team Members
As a leader, you will guide and train the Stock Team, helping them develop skills that will contribute to the store’s success.
3. Store Transfers
Assist in the coordination and execution of stock transfers, ensuring the smooth flow of merchandise within the store and between locations.
4. Visual Merchandising & Promotions
Collaborate with the leadership team to set up store promotions, execute visual merchandising strategies, and provide a unique experience for every customer.
5. Achieving Sales Targets
Work with your team to meet and exceed both individual and store sales targets. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and sales productivity.
6. Loss Prevention
Follow company policies to minimize stock loss and ensure a secure environment for both staff and customers.
7. Health & Safety Compliance
Promote and comply with the company’s health and safety policies to maintain a safe and productive workplace.
Ideal Candidate Profile
