1. Safety Leadership

Ideal Candidate Profile
We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Plant Manager who excels in leadership, operations, and strategic planning.
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in the wood products manufacturing industry, with at least 5 years of experience at the Superintendent level or higher.
- Strong understanding of continuous improvement and performance management.
- In-depth knowledge of operational strategies, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety, environmental responsibility, and operational efficiency.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in wood products manufacturing or a similar industrial setting.
