Key Responsibilities

Machine Operation and Setup

• Operate drilling, riveting, staking, tapping, welding, and other production machinery, either automatic or manual, as assigned.
• Perform maintenance tasks, including tool changes, setup, and adjustments of equipment.

Quality Control

• Use measuring and gauging equipment to ensure products meet customer specifications.
• Perform finished goods inspections per control plans and operator instructions.
• Identify non-conforming materials and halt operations if necessary, ensuring proper tagging and rejection procedures.

Documentation and Reporting

• Accurately record production information, trends, and quality data.
• Update inventory systems with finished goods counts and labels.
• Complete lot control forms and production reports to ensure accurate tracking of materials and products.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
• Ensure that safety standards are met, and identify potential safety hazards during operations.
