Work Schedule and Benefits
Schedule
- Shift: 3rd Shift (Sunday – Thursday, 10:45 PM to 7:00 AM).

Key Responsibilities
Core Duties
- Operate blending and extrusion machines to produce high-quality plastic materials.
- Follow written and verbal instructions to ensure product accuracy.
- Monitor safety protocols for personal and team safety.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Verify manufacturing details such as item numbers, lot numbers, and quantities.
- Document production details accurately on required paperwork.
Advanced Duties
- Troubleshoot machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Operate forklifts safely and adhere to company policies.
- Exhibit leadership skills to guide and support team members.
Skills and Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work well independently or in a team.
Advanced Skills
- Knowledge of blending and extruder operations.
- Troubleshooting and mechanical abilities.
- Leadership experience is a plus.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift to 55 lbs.
- Prolonged standing, climbing, bending, and stretching as required.
