Key Responsibilities
1. Physical Tasks and Site Maintenance
- Shovel, lift, and carry boards, debris, and materials to maintain cleanliness across the production site.
- Work outdoors and indoors with exposure to various weather conditions.
2. Job Rotation and Precision
- Rotate through various job responsibilities within the facility to keep production flowing smoothly.
- Review work to ensure it meets accuracy and quality standards.
3. Collaboration and Communication
- Work effectively with coworkers and collaborate with team leads and maintenance staff to address production challenges.
- Communicate efficiently to ensure production timeliness.
4. Safety and Efficiency
- Take responsibility for maintaining a safe work environment for yourself, coworkers, and visitors.
- Follow safety protocols strictly to minimize risks and promote a secure workplace.
Skills and Qualifications
Physical Endurance and Strength
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks, including standing for long periods, walking, shoveling, lifting up to 50 lbs, and climbing stairs.
- Experience with industrial machinery and equipment is a plus but not required.
