Key Responsibilities
Administrative and Partner Support
- Assist country teams and local organizations in implementing project activities.
- Manage contracts, receipts, invoices, and partner statements.
Event and Travel Logistics
- Plan and organize workshops, meetings, and events.
- Coordinate travel logistics and maintain communication with local project partners.
Data and Knowledge Management
- Archive electronic data and maintain project knowledge management systems.
- Support program reviews, audits, and revisions.
Financial and Project Reporting
- Assist in financial controlling tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Record meeting minutes and provide administrative assistance.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel essential); SAP knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with intercultural competence.
Experience
- Previous experience in project administration, particularly in development or media-related projects.
- Familiarity with EU-funded projects and financial reporting.
